NoxArdor is committed to creating a safe, transparent, and trusted marketplace for talent and clients alike.
Every talent profile on NoxArdor undergoes identity verification before receiving a Verified badge. Our process confirms legal identity, professional credentials, and ensures there are no prohibited content violations on the profile.
All payments are held in escrow and only released upon confirmed event completion. Neither party can access funds until both the booker confirms completion and the talent has performed their obligations.
Cancellation Policy:
NoxArdor maintains a zero-tolerance policy for explicit content, harassment, and fraudulent activity. All users agree to our community standards upon registration.
We take all reports seriously. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every dispute within 24 hours and makes a binding decision within 72 hours.
By using NoxArdor, you agree to our Terms of Service governing bookings, payments, disputes, account management, and platform usage. NoxArdor reserves the right to remove accounts that violate these terms.
We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform. We never sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
NoxArdor uses essential cookies for platform functionality and optional analytics cookies to improve the user experience. Cookie consent is managed through our cookie banner.
Cancellation 7+ days before event: full refund. 3–6 days: 50% refund. Under 3 days: no refund. Talent cancellations always trigger a full refund to the booker.
NoxArdor prohibits discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or any protected characteristic. Violations result in immediate account removal.
Talent retains ownership of all portfolio content uploaded to NoxArdor. By uploading, you grant NoxArdor a limited license to display content on the platform for promotional purposes.
